Step 1 :Unlock Background Layer And Create New Layer

Go to Fx Button > Pettern oerlay.

Color Adjust.

Step 2 : Ctrl+Backspace

Step 3 : Press Ctrl+T And Right click Select Warp

Adjust it.

And Image.

Step 4 :Select Rectanglar Marquee Tool

And Select Area.

Step 5  ress Ctrl+ j Copy Selection Area

After Image.

Select Move Tool.

And Adjust it.

Create Duplicate Layer.

Press Crtl+U And Setting.

After image.

Step 6 :Select The Layer 2 And Press Ctrl+T.

Adjust it.

Step 7 : Duplicate The Layers

Step 8 : Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur

Radial Blur Setting.

Adjust the Layer 3.

Hide The Layer .
